12 Panels

Each 45-minute panel session begins with the host introducing three guest speakers. Host has 3 minutes to calibrate the panel, define the issues, and state the facts. Each speaker is given 5 minutes to present their solutions. The remaining panel time is reserved for debate and discussion of the proposed solutions between host and guest speakers.
